Captain Dale began charter fishing in 1980 on the Great Lakes as one of the youngest licensed captains at that time. Captain Dale began charter fishing in 1980 on the Great Lakes as one of the youngest licensed captains at that time. Along with the Great Lakes salmon fishery, his experience grew to include tournament and charter sportfishing through New England, New Jersey, South Florida including the Keys, the Gulf Coast and California. He is an IGFA Certified Observer and IGFA Certified Captain as well as a New Jersey Marine Safety Trainer. As the owner and master of Rockstar, Captain Dale will ensure that you have a safe and memorable adventure!
Please arrive at the marina 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. We will be ready to depart as scheduled. Illegal drugs and hard Alcohol are strictly forbidden on-board. Beer and wine are allowed in moderation as determined by the Captain. Please wear sneakers or boat shoes only. No black soled shoes. We do not keep any of your fish on-board Rockstar. The only exception is in the event of a tournament win / placing or fish sale, the boat retains 50%. All tuna caught aboard are to be cut up at the dock and taken home by the customer. Tournament entry and travel fees are to be paid by charter and will vary depending on the tournament/event. Tournament entry fees are refundable if the tournament organizers permit it. The boat will not retain entry fees that are returned but is not responsible for fees not returned for any given tournament or event. The Captain reserves the right to cancel any charter due to weather, electrical or mechanical failure, or any other reason beyond his control. Deposits are non refundable, trip must be rescheduled.
Customers shall exercise reasonable care with tackle and vessel features and systems. Damage to same resulting from intentional abuse or negligence shall be the responsibility of the charter customer. As a guest aboard Rockstar, please treat it with care. If you enjoy your trip, cash tips for your crew are customary and appreciated by your crew. Tip as you would in a restaurant with 15 to 20% the norm.
The only other rule and the most important one is, we always have fun!
